Returns
Our returns period has been extended until Monday 6th January 2025 for any unwanted Christmas presents (though how could that be??). If you wish to return your online purchase for a full refund* please: - Request your return (within 14 days of receipt) via the QR code on the back of the card included with your order (or go to www.thehambledonshop.uk/returns). You can log in with the email used for your purchase and either a one-time code (which you request to be emailed to you) or with your Shop app login. Once here please select the items you wish to return. - Return the goods in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase. - Send the items within 14 days of receipt to: Please Note: - Delivery charges (and any duties or taxes paid for overseas shipping) are not refundable. - The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service. *Items excluded from this policy are any special orders; earrings; hats; hair accessories; make-up; skincare; fragrance (including home fragrance); edible items such as chocolates. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once here please select the items you wish to return. We will then approve and notify you if your return complies with our returns policy and you can then send back the item(s). Please include the invoice paperwork in with your parcel. If you need an alternative size or colour of an item that you have ordered, make a request to us via email at [email protected] and we will let you know if the required item is available.
